Born in Coquille, Oregon, USA, Eliza attended Mount Holyoke College: B.A. in Art History, and holds a Master from the Università degli Studi di Siena in Food & Wine Tourism and Marketing. Eliza, along with Roni Kennison and Mike Manchester, is a founding partner of Nove Culturae Ventures LLC, based in Dallas, Texas, which collaborates with SIS to provide services for study experiences in Siena and elsewhere. She has worked with foreign students in Siena since 2003 and is also a founding member of the Nuova Associazione Culturale Ulisse. She currently works on the development and implementation of study programs, as well as bookkeeping for the LLC.
